Ayo Akintola – Managing Director, Oddbins

Ayo has been Managing Director of Oddbins since 2011.  He has led the revival of this iconic brand through a relentless focus on the quality of their wine, engaging directly with customers through innovative digital and in-store campaigns and by adoption of honest and consistent pricing.

Numerous awards have followed as well as a growing reputation for disruption of the supermarket discounted wine hegemony.  He brings strategic thinking, a deep understanding of brand identity and forensic financial management to Gallanach and its clients.

Pim Piers – Exit, funding & turnaround Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director in growth businesses.  Non Executive Director and Board adviser

Pim has held executive director positions in growth businesses including, TBN International (social enterprise), Microsoft; uSwitch and Multimap.

He is a former investment banker at Barings and Deutsche Bank and was an auditor at Deloitte.  He has Board member experience with Family Action, British Refugee Council and Cranstoun Drug Services. He is a qualified chartered accountant with a MBA from London Business School.

Kim Lloyd – UK Supply Chain Director at Philips Lighting

Kim has an impressive senior leadership track record developed over 20 years within the global product supply function of Fortune 50 Global FMCG.

She has provided exceptional results within the UK, international and global roles, demonstrating cultural awareness and sensitivity in delivering results across regional/national borders.

Her responsibilities have covered operations, logistics and manufacturing, senior management, organisation effectiveness, change management, lean principles, diversity and Inclusion, mentoring and life coaching, Functional and People leadership.  Kim is also an experienced NED/Trustee.


I commissioned Norman to help embed our new values across our hospice and head office sites.  He quickly understood the challenges we faced and was able to identify the practical and achievable steps necessary to build on our values in order to improve engagement and performance throughout the organisation.  In doing this he quickly gained the confidence of our staff and had great professional credibility with our leadership team.  His work has enabled us to put our values at the heart of all we do.
