Norman Blissett - Managing Director

Norman Blissett is a senior HR leader, consultant and coach. He has cross sector experience of delivering:

  • improved board and senior team performance;
  • vision, mission, values and strategy;
  • alignment of people and strategy;
  • Leadership and management development programmes;
  • organisational development and change programmes;
  • improved performance of HR teams.

After completing a Chemistry degree at Edinburgh University, Norman’s career started in the pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing. 

He then studied Scots and European Law, graduating with a LLM, before moving to the British Medical Association in their advice and representation service to doctors. 

This was followed by several senior HR roles in the NHS before moving to become Director of Systems and Impact at Family Action, one of the UK’s leading family charities.

Norman is currently Deputy Chief People Officer at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust in London having previously done similar roles in the NHS in East Kent and Essex.

He was previously Chair of Cyclopark Ltd, Europe's premier cycling facility and Bridge Mental Health.

Norman is a Chartered Director, Fellow of the Institute of Directors, Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and a qualified coach.
